My three-year-old wore this crazy outfit to school today for Crazy Clothes Day. My husband put the crazy clothes over his regular clothes in case he was the only one who dressed up. Well, he was the only one but he loved wearing crazy clothes so much he didn't want to change!

What would work be like if one day a month was designated crazy clothes day? An HR nightmare, I imagine.

I still have not read the Business Week article and so am still not 100% convinced I need to blog to save my business. But, hey, I joined flickr tonight posted photos to that site as well as to my blog. It's fun!

First Post

I have to admit, since yesterday I pretty much thought blogs were a waste of time. Yesterday, my weekly Business Week magazine came in the mail and the front cover story was BLOGS. I haven't finished reading the story yet, but I'm convinced. There's something here. Something to blogs that will affect my professional life as the new media manager of the Telegraph Publishing Company and McLean Communications and affect my personal life as a wife and mother of two boys.

How blogs will affect me, my job and my family has yet to be defined. But, I thought I should join the crowd and play the game to find out how to win.
